Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Policy:
  • We expect every buyer to be certain of the exact characteristics of the product they want to order; if in doubt, please contact us to discuss your needs before placing an order.
  • We will incur all costs if we confuse your order and will provide you with all possible means to remedy this inconvenience free of charge.
    1. Return time :
      • Any product sold can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer accept returns.
      • For products covered by a warranty, the customer will exploit this warranty in case he/she encounters problems after the return period has passed.
    2. Conditions to return a product:
      The product must be validated for return based on the items listed below.

You must provide a valid purchase receipt, proof that the products were purchased from us.
The product must be complete, in its original undestroyed packaging, with promotional items and accessories (for products with promotional items and accessories).
For electronic products, they must not be damaged.
Please note that we can only accept the return of a product unconditionally if we have sent a product that does not conform to your order (e.g. wrong color, wrong size...).

c) How to return the product:
You must make the return request on our website and wait for our answer within 24 hours before sending the product. You can either :
o Drop off the product at the nearest collection point. We will contact you as soon as we receive the returned product.
o Wait for us to collect your product from your home or office within 48 hours of your return request. 
Please note that we will make 2 scheduled and pre-notified attempts to collect the product. 
If these two attempts are unsuccessful, we will cancel the return procedure and you will no longer be able to return your product.

2. Refund policy:
The refund process begins after your product has been evaluated. This evaluation will take up to 7 days after we receive your product.
You will receive an email once the evaluation is completed to inform you of the response to your product return.
If your return is invalid, we will contact you to explain the reasons for the refusal and the product will be returned to you. 
Please note that in this case we will try, at most 2 times to return your product.
If we are unable to deliver the product, it will be at your disposal in our collection points for 20 days.
In case of a valid return
We will replace your product and deliver it at our expense within two days.
We can also refund you with a voucher having the value of the original order. 
Please note that the refund by voucher is only possible if the supplier has no more spare parts.
